Diploma in Automobile, Trained & certified technology specialist in motor vehicle service, good knowledge of IT tools e.g. DMS, ASRA, WIS, TIPS, strong knowledge of MS Office, Lotus Notes, e-mail programs, intranet etc.
Job profile: Handling service reception & customer communication, visual inspection, work preparation & handing over to technicians for repairs. Task support on requirement planning, scheduling the vehicle, comparing costs with the order limit, generating parts request list and emergency service. Inspecting the work scope and documenting the test results. Ensuring the customer appointment is kept and post-service follow-ups.
